We continuously strive to prevent failures and to ensure reliable hoisting installations. Should a breakdown nevertheless occur, it is possible to make use of our 24/7 breakdown service.

While the fault is being resolved, we investigate the cause of the fault. The aim is to be able to take measures that firstly solve the problem and secondly, prevent the malfunction from occurring in the future.
